In an effort to achieve higher client satisfaction quicksignatures.com formulated very smooth Cancellation & Refund Policy. The following Cancellation & Refund Policy is applicable to all variants of Digital Signature Certificate:

CA referred to as “Certifying Authority” of DSC. Also, request for refund must be submitted within service validity period. Cancellation & Refund request must be shared to our official mail ID (support@quicksignatures.com). No oral cancellation request will be entertained to maintain smoothness of service delivery.
Refund Mode & Duration
Refunds are provided back to customer via online mode. From the time refund request is received, the amount is refunded within 7 to 10 working days. Exact duration depends on bank holidays and their schedule in processing refund.
Validity Period of Service
DSC Purchase: Applicants are eligible to utilize service to apply for Digital Signature from Transource Business Solutions Pvt Ltd within 50 days after the date of payment. Within the service validity period, applicants are encouraged to upload required documentation to begin processing of their Digital Signature application.
