A digital signature certificate (DSC) is unique for each client due to stringent identity verification by Certifying Authorities (CAs) and adherence to legal and regulatory standards such as the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India. Each DSC contains the client’s personalized details, including name, email, and purpose, and is associated with a unique cryptographic key pair (private and public keys). The certificate includes a unique serial number and is non-transferable, legally binding it to the client. CAs ensure secure issuance, and mechanisms like revocation and time-bound validity further reinforce its exclusivity. This uniqueness ensures that the DSC is tied solely to the individual or entity for authentication and digital signing purposes.

Due to the nature of our products, which are uniquely created for and associated with a single client, returns are not possible. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and the seamless functionality of your digital signature certificate.

Exchange Policy for Defective Tokens

If you encounter a technical defect in the digital signature token provided by us, we will gladly assist you with a replacement. Please note the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The exchange is only applicable for cases where the token is found to be defective due to a technical issue.
  • The defect must be verified and confirmed by our technical support team.

Exchange Request Timeline:

  • Any request for an exchange must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If return accepted, exchange/return will be done within 10 working days.

Process for Exchange:

Shipping Costs:

  • If the token is found defective due to a fault on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
  • For other cases, the client may be required to bear the shipping expenses.
